Customer reports¶

For those users who make use of the customer database it is often helpful (especially when it comes to doing your accounts) to view a list of account balances or to see a detail of account balance changes over a given period.

ProEPOS provides two customer reports to assist with the monitoring of customer accounts:

Account Balances Report
Account Activity Summary
Direct Debit
Invoices
Loyalty

Customer list¶

Account Balances Report¶

The Account Balances Report lists each customer account with a non-zero balance and shows:

the balance of the account
the date that the balance (or a part of it) was accrued

This report is especially useful for chasing up delinquent balances.

Account Activity Summary¶

The Account Activity Summary lists all account balance changes over a given period. A net figure is given for all accounts (for which there has been activity). A summary at the bottom of the report shows the total net change in account balances along with an opening and closing account balance figure.
