Customer Maintenance

The customer maintenance window provides for easier access to the customer database, more convenient viewing/editing of customer details in a grid format (similar to what Manage Stock Lines provides for products) and related account operations such as printing account statements.

From here you can easily update customer records, run reports for specific customers, tidy up the address using a postcode lookup (requires third party integration with PostcodeLite) and bulk updating of customer types.
