Analytics¶

This is accessible from both ProEPOS (as a web link off the main menu) and / or within a new Analytics section in the Cloud Back Office:

By default, the Analytics option in ProEPOS is greyed out and the feature displays a warning if accessed from the Cloud Back Office.

Being interactive, the user can change the date parameters of the report and can also click the graphs to "drill down" or filter the data, e.g. by store (in a multi-site environment), by department, by supplier – or any combination thereof.

This feature augments the reporting features we already have and is great way for users to visualise store / estate performance.
