ProEPOS HHT¶

Downloading the app¶

The phone app is available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Whilst the apps themselves are free from the stores you do need a licence for us to enable this option on the EPOS software, please contact Admin for details.

Configuring the app¶

Once ProEPOS as been configured to have the handheld server enabled by the support team. Configuration of the app is very simple and just involves entering the IP address of the till terminal and the user ID/password onto the Settings screen in the app:

Note

The phone must (obviously) be connected to the store's WiFi (the usual caveat of good WiFi coverage applies). Multiple phones can be used simultaneously.

Product management¶

This allows you to scan products and set a variety of fields and you can also create orders, print labels, perform price reductions.

Batch collect¶

This allows you to scan products and set a quantity for loading into Stock movement forms to quickly create orders or receive stock.

Stock check¶

This allows you to scan products and set a quantity for on the shelf and separately for the back room.

ESEL setup¶

This allows you to setup Electronic ShelfEdge Labels purchased through ourselves.
