This provides core back office functionality for ProEPOS retailers through a responsive, cloud based web interface suitable across platforms on PC, tablet and phone:

Dashboard¶

A real-time display of the store activity including LIVE receipt viewer, visit count, takings summary, etc (see screenshot above), with automatic refresh.

Customers¶

Add/edit customer accounts.

Manage Stock Lines¶

Add/edit stock lines (main details, plus additional barcodes, split packs, additional suppliers), view product activity and database updates against a stock line plus (graphical) sales performance. View/add/edit promotional offers.

Stock Movement¶

Generate orders (manual and auto replenish – same options as in ProEPOS) and upload them to the wholesaler. Viewing/editing of delivery notes is also supported.

Employees¶

Add/edit employee accounts, set/change access levels (security settings) and view/amend the timeclock.

Reports¶

Run reports (the same report set as in ProEPOS, with the same filtering options) and view/download as PDF or Excel (CSV) format:

Financial¶

Add/edit purchase invoices, produce a VAT return and Profit & Loss account.
