Shopify Integration

Please note that the Shopify integration is a premium feature and will attract additional charges.

Direct Shopify integration, enabling retailers to link their in-store EPOS with their Shopify site(s). This provides several functions:

  • Uploading an initial catalogue of products and subsequent new products, as they are added to the POS.
  • Uploading stock levels to Shopify from the POS.
  • Uploading price changes.
  • Alternatively, downloading price changes from Shopify and applying them locally to the POS.
  • Uploading gift/credit/promo vouchers as discount codes which can be used online.
  • Downloading sales and importing them into the POS transaction data as web sales.
  • Products are mapped to the POS through the “SKU” and/or “Barcode” fields on Shopify which need to match the associated product in ProEPOS.

Syncs can be manually initiated (through a new option in the Tools menu in Manage Stock Lines) or by an automatic background task, set to run at pre-set intervals.
