Consumer experience¶
ProEPOS SelfServe provides a familiar transaction flow and environment that consumers will recognise from other self service products. The interface is designed to be especially easy and intuitive to use. Extensive use of voice prompts and on-screen dialogs guide the user through the self service experience from start to finish.



From the retailer’s perspective, staff intervention is kept to a minimum to maximise savings on labour costs. The ProEPOS SelfServe solution is designed to be cost effective and low maintenance.
Staff Experience¶
Whilst staff intervention is purposely kept to a minimum, a simple to use sales assistant screen allows efficient handling of all eventualities concerning self service sales. To negate the need for continuous supervision, ProEPOS SelfServe also integrates with existing third party paging/notification apps on iOS and Android to notify staff the moment a customer requires assistance. For security purpose, the software also provides CCTV overlay output compatible with most security systems on the market.
